While house hunting, I initially set out to look for an apartment within a certain estate. The caretaker asked me to wait briefly as he made his way over. As I waited, I noticed that the estate also had villas, and one of them was open. Curious, I decided to walk in and have a look.
Inside, I discovered a stunning three-floor villa with five bedrooms. At that moment, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. The property overlooked a golf course and had a small dam nearby, creating a peaceful and luxurious environment.
When the caretaker arrived, he was surprised by my choice and even questioned whether, at just 24 years old, I truly needed such a large home. Confident in my decision, I told him this was the house I wanted. I was then required to submit several documents, including bank statements and a DCI certificate of good conduct, before approval was granted.
Eventually, I secured the villa. Ironically, I never even viewed the apartments I had originally come to see. I only got to see them two years later, after already living in the villa.
