She is not just an officer—she is an accomplished national athlete who has proudly flown Kenya's flag on the international stage.

In 2023, while representing Kenya at the Eastern Africa Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (EAPCCO) Games in Rwanda, Rose won Kenya's first gold medal in the women's discus event with an outstanding performance. Her achievements highlight that talent and dedication transcend stereotypes and appearances.
