Kulecho Mbay Daniel has officially declared his interest in vying for the Sango Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat ahead of the 2027 General Election, becoming one of the fresh political faces seeking to transform local leadership. The aspiring MCA, who is contesting for his first elective position, says his mission is to bring accountability, development, and inclusive leadership to the people of Sango Ward. His campaign message, “Our Voice. Our Future. Our Ward,” has already started attracting attention from residents eager for change and improved service delivery.
Eng. Kulecho Mbay Daniel Promises Development and Accountability
In his manifesto, Eng. Kulecho Mbay Daniel has outlined a people-centered development agenda focused on improving infrastructure, healthcare, education, youth empowerment, and economic growth. Among his top priorities is the rehabilitation of roads, improvement of drainage systems, and installation of street lighting to enhance security and boost businesses within Sango Ward. He believes better infrastructure will open up the area for investment opportunities and improve the daily lives of residents.
The Sango Ward MCA aspirant has also pledged to strengthen healthcare services by supporting local dispensaries and promoting access to affordable medical care. According to his manifesto, he plans to support mobile clinics targeting remote areas to ensure all residents receive quality healthcare services. He further promises to advocate for improved sanitation and clean water projects, saying access to clean water remains a key challenge affecting many families within the ward.
Youth empowerment and women empowerment form a major part of Eng. Kulecho’s campaign strategy as he seeks to connect with young voters and community groups. He has promised to create opportunities through vocational training programs, digital skills initiatives, sports development, and support for small businesses. Women groups and small-scale traders are expected to benefit from grants and empowerment initiatives aimed at boosting financial independence and economic stability in Sango Ward.
