Nepal is facing a grave natural disaster as flash floods and mudslides have resulted in the deaths of more than 160 people, with hundreds still unaccounted for. The severity of the floods has overwhelmed local authorities and necessitated a swift response from international rescue teams.
Government and Rescue Teams Scramble to Respond
The Nepalese government has activated emergency protocols and coordinated with international aid organizations to locate and assist those affected by the floods. Rescue teams, including helicopters and ground units, are working tirelessly to reach stranded individuals and evacuate them to safety.

Among the missing are over 100 Indian nationals, 54 Americans, 34 Australians, 33 British citizens, andNepali citizens, highlighting the international community’s concern and the extensive scope of the disaster.
