The deceased, identified as Hassan Juma Moyo, was attached to the Wajir command and had just completed the march-past when he suddenly collapsed at around 9:05am. Despite efforts to resuscitate him at Wajir County Referral Hospital, he was pronounced dead at approximately 10am. The cause of death was confirmed as a myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack.
