President William Ruto has reassigned Principal Secretary Kello Harsama as the new PS for the State Department for Petroleum in the latest changes within government ministries and departments.
The announcement was shared on Thursday , indicating that Harsama will now oversee matters related to Kenya’s petroleum sector under the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
