President William Samoei Ruto has appointed Samuel Muchina of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) to oversee and supervise ongoing government projects in Ol Kalou.

The projects under Muchina's supervision include the completion of 36 electrification projects across the constituency, aimed at enhancing access to power for local residents. Construction of houses for the most needy families is also part of this initiative, with plans to complete two houses in each ward, reflecting a commitment to social welfare.
Water accessibility is being improved through the completion of borehole projects, with five boreholes already initiated, one in each ward. Additionally, the ongoing university project and the construction of Level 5 JM Hospital are critical to advancing education and healthcare in the region, with expected timely completion to benefit the local population.
